POLAND / UKRAINE 10. JUNE ~ 1. JULY. 2012Hyundai Motor Company was the proud sponsor of the UEFA EURO2012™, which was held in Poland and Ukraine. Hyundai used the sponsorship to reassure its position as an automotive company that represents football marketing. As a long-standing partner of UEFA since UEFA EURO 2000™, Hyundai will continue its partnership as a UEFA Eurotop Partner, the top-tier sponsor, until 2017.

UEFA EURO2012™ With HyundaiAs the official automotive partner of UEFA EURO 2012™, Hyundai provided 366 of its vehicles for use by teams, officials, guests and others during the matches in Poland and Ukraine.
To support the UEFA EURO 2012™ matches, Hyundai provided its finest models including the Equus, Genesis, ix55, Santa Fe, ix35, i40, Sonata, Elantra and the new-generation i30. In addition, Hyundai provided more than 200 H1 vans.

Football fans and followers of Hyundai were invited to participate in the project, reflecting our commitment to engage in a way that reflects the spirit of the game – through openness and inclusion.
During the entire period of UEFA Euro 2012™ €1 of fans had made pledges for one of the Team Hyundai players and the total of €250,000 euro was raised.
- Be There with Hyundai
- As one of Hyundai’s flagship programs starting back from EURO2004™, the Be There With Hyundai Program allows fans to get the chance to have their own winning slogan attached to their nation’s official team bus!
Football fans of the 16 qualified countries of the EURO2012™ submitted a total of 8,824 slogans, and 6,818 fans voted for the final slogan for their national team.
- Hyundai Fan Park
- Football fans of the world were invited to visit Hyundai Fan Parks where they cheered on their team with friends and family while watching the matches live on big screens. In addition, they enjoyed a wide range of activities, including a skills competition, the Digital Goodwill Ball, 3D graffiti and had a look at the latest Hyundai cars.
Hyundai Fan Parks were held in Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Czech Republic and Russia.
- Euro Test Drive
- Before and during the EURO 2012™, Hyundai's local distributors were open for test drives of Hyundai's wide range of models.
Customers were able to test-drive Hyundai's exciting new-generation i30, a car designed in Europe for Europeans.
About 500 match tickets and 120 hospitality packages for the EURO 2012 tournament were handed out to those who participated in this program. Customers enjoyed enhanced tournament experience by writing messages on large Team Hyundai uniforms.
- The Fan Zone
- Following on from the great success of the UEFA Fan Zone in UEFA EURO 2008™. UEFA extended the concept for UEFA EURO 2012™. There were Official UEFA EURO 2012™ Fan Zone in each of the eight host cities, which were operated by the city under agreement with UEFA. Fan Zones are to cater for fans without a match ticket, visitors and inhabitants of the city who wish to take part in the party atmosphere of UEFA EURO 2012™.
Hyundai Motor Company, the Proud Partner of UEFA EURO 2012™ had developed a wide variety of fan related activities to be undertaken in the Fan Zones.
- Follow the Trophy
- Fans in Poland and Ukraine had the chance to .week trip through the host countries, started from 20th April in Warsaw to 26th May in Odessa.
